SMBs increasingly sell and support through many channels – WhatsApp Business, Instagram DMs, web-chat widgets, SMS, even plain email. Each service provides its own UI and none are multi-user friendly. An agent has to jump between browser tabs or phones, cannot hand off tickets, can’t see SLAs, and conversations get lost.
The proposed product: a browser-based shared inbox that plugs into the official WhatsApp Business API, Instagram Messaging API, SMS (Twilio/MessageBird), email (IMAP/SMTP), and a drop-in web chat widget.
