Many owners just keep a shoe-box of receipts and do manual ACH or Venmo at month-end. Reimbursely proposes: snap a receipt → automatic OCR → policy check → manager approve → ACH push, plus integrated mileage tracking.

2. Evidence of Pain in the Wild

• Reddit search (“Expensify alternative”, “receipt app for one-man business”, etc.) returns dozens of threads each month (see Web_search output) where users complain that Expensify is overkill, too pricey, or that Concur is “heavy” and they want a lightweight alternative.
