Small (often solo) landlords juggle multiple critical dates hidden in lease PDFs: renewal deadlines, CPI-linked rent bumps, annual CAM reconciliations, insurance / inspection compliances, etc. Current ‘all-in-one’ landlord SaaS (Avail, RentRedi, DoorLoop, Buildium, LandlordStudio) focus mostly on rent collection, tenant screening and maintenance tickets. In many of their reviews / Reddit posts users complain they still track critical lease clauses in spreadsheets or Outlook reminders.
