Home-service contractors (HVAC, plumbing, lawn-care, cleaning, handyman, etc.) work on location where cell signal / Wi-Fi can be weak. They still need to:

• create an estimate on the spot, pull part prices, track time, collect a signature / payment and move to the next job.
• Existing full-blown FSM (Field-Service-Management) suites (ServiceTitan, Salesforce FSL) are powerful but expensive and require constant connectivity. Smaller players (Jobber, HousecallPro, FieldPulse, Joist, Invoice2Go) focus on scheduling + invoicing but still assume live connection.
